Designing with purpose and passion
As soon as I dove into graphic design, I've never looked back! I love thinking about design, experimenting with it, and interacting with it every day. I never take my skills for granted and constantly push myself to grow and improve.
Great design puts me on cloud nine
I’m a third-year graphic design student at Algonquin College that is chasing her dream of combining analytical problems with a creative outcome. While I’m strong in all design areas, motion graphics and illustration are my focus. I don’t stop until I find a strong and effective design solution for the problem in front of me.
After trying out computer science for a couple years, I decided I might be better at problem solving with a visual medium. As soon as I started I felt excited to do my homework, and I knew I’d found my thing. The fact that I can solve problems by making the world a better looking place makes me want to keep working everyday.
But it isn’t my only thing
I jump from hobby to hobby and I love it. Rock climbing, cooking, crochet, video games, board games, painting, drawing, jewelry making, I'll try anything that catches my eye. My longest standing hobby is photography. I own two film cameras and three digitals. If you travel with me we do have to stop every five minutes so I can take photos, sorry not sorry!
